This Supplier Code of Conduct (“Code of Conduct”) applies to all Suppliers (“Suppliers”) who provide services and goods to Edmonton Kenworth Ltd. (“Edmonton Kenworth”).

Suppliers must uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct in their interactions with employees, suppliers, and customers of Edmonton Kenworth. This Code of Conduct outlines the fundamental requirements that all Suppliers must adhere to in order to engage in business with Edmonton Kenworth. Should Edmonton Kenworth determine that any Supplier has breached this Code of Conduct, Edmonton Kenworth reserves the right to terminate its business relationship with the Supplier and pursue any available legal remedies. Edmonton Kenworth retains the discretion to reasonably modify the requirements of this Code of Conduct, and Suppliers are expected to accept such modifications.

We do not tolerate any form of forced labor, child labor, or modern slavery.
